Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers (pet owners) to introduce Pawpuff's at-home grooming services.
• Handle inbound inquiries, answer questions, and book grooming appointments.
• Build rapport, overcome objections, and close sales to drive bookings and revenue.
• Update customer details in our CRM system and follow up on leads.
• Meet daily/weekly call and sales targets to support business growth.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Kannada a plus).
• 6-12 months experience in telesales, customer service, or call center roles.
• Basic computer skills (CRM tools, Excel) and a quiet workspace with reliable internet/phone.
• Passion for pets and a friendly, persuasive personality.
• freshers with strong sales aptitude encouraged to apply.
