Job Description

  • Make outbound calls to potential/existing customers to promote products/services and answer inbound inquiries.
  • Build rapport, understand customer needs, and maintain client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Accurately record all calls, interactions, and customer information in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Office).
  • Professionally address objections and resolve customer queries or complaints.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and industry trends.
