We are looking for motivated Tele callers to join our team for a full-time. The ideal candidates will handle customer inquiries, provide banking information, and promote relevant banking services. Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to discuss banking products and services.
• Provide accurate information about banking services, answer questions, and address customer needs.
• Maintain call logs and update customer information in the database.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily and monthly targets.
• Ensure a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Good communication skills in English(Must), Kannada & other languages .
• Basic knowledge of banking and financial services (preferred, but not essential).
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
• Enthusiasm for providing excellent customer service.
