Telesales Executive

Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote Business Loan and

Personal Loan products.

• Explain product features, loan structures, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and

documentation requirements clearly to customers.

• Understand customer requirements (business or personal) and recommend suitable financial

solutions.

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and defined KPIs.

• Handle customer queries and provide professional assistance throughout the loan process.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and conversions in CRM systems.

• Follow up on leads from multiple sources to ensure successful closures.

• Coordinate with internal teams and lenders for smooth processing and disbursement.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and compliance guidelines.
