• 🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective clients to promote demat and trading account services.
• Explain Angel One’s investment offerings including equities, mutual funds, and IPOs.
• Follow up on leads via phone, WhatsApp, or email to ensure timely conversions.
• Assist clients in completing onboarding documentation and KYC processes.
• Maintain lead status, call logs, and conversion records using CRM or Excel.
• Meet monthly targets related to account openings and client activations.
• 🎯 Skill & Experience Requirements1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or sales support (stock market/BFSI preferred).
• Strong communication and convincing skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada.
• Familiarity with MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, and CRM tools.
• Candidates should be based near JP Nagar or BTM Layout and willing to work from the office.
