Key Responsibilities

• Lead Calling
• Connect with potential customers generated from various marketing channels and introduce them to our products and services.
• Drive Store Visits & Meetings:
• Persuade interested leads to visit the store or schedule a site visit/measurement appointment.
• Product Presentation & Sales Closure:
• Explain product options, features, and pricing clearly. Assist customers in making the right choice and close sales within the store.
• Lead Conversion:
• Follow up consistently and convert active enquiries into confirmed orders.
• Customer Support:
• Address customer queries or concerns with patience and professionalism, ensuring a smooth experience from enquiry to installation.
