Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential leads from the company’s database.
• Explain the project details (location, amenities, pricing, approvals, etc.) clearly and professionally.
• Generate interest and fix appointments for site visits.
• Follow up with prospects regularly and maintain relationships until closure.
• Record and update customer information in CRM/Excel.
• Coordinate with the sales team for smooth client handover and follow-up.
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and site visit targets.

Requirements

• Female candidates only (Freshers & Experienced can apply).
• Qualification: PUC / Any Degree.
• Strong communication skills in Kannada, English, and Hindi (knowledge of multiple languages is an advantage).
• Pleasant voice, convincing ability, and customer-friendly approach.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/WhatsApp/CRM tools).
• Positive attitude, target-oriented, and willingness to learn.

Job Details

• Location: Marasandra, Rajanukunte (North Bangalore)
• Work Type: Full-time (Office-based)
• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience) + Attractive Incentives
• Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
