Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Personal loan sales

• Lead Conversion: Engage with prospective students and parents to understand theireducation loan requirements and provide suitable solutions

.• Loan Advisory: Explain various education loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, andrepayment options.

• Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets through proactivecustomer engagement

.• Documentation Support: Guide applicants through the loan application process, ensuring allrequired documents are submitted correctly.Objection Handling: Handle objections and convince Customers to close the Sales positively

.• Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with leads to ensure timely loan processing and approvals.

• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and update customer databases by updatingall required information in CRM, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

• Compliance & Process Adherence: Ensure all interactions comply with company policies,banking regulations, and data privacy normsQualifications and Experience/ Desired Profile• Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in fields.

• Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience as NBFC, or a related domain

• Technical Skills:o Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting.For these drives, the client is looking for a mix of freshers and experienced candidates.Desk Job - 6 days a weekShift timing - 9am to 6:30pm
