🔔 Telesales Executive – Urgent Hiring (📞 ReachOut – 97437 80880)

📍 Location: Sadath Court, Magrath Road, Shanthala Nagar, Ashok Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka

💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Incentive up to ₹50,000

⏰ Work Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

🚶 Walk-in Timing: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM

💼 Job Overview:

We are urgently hiring a Telesales Executive for franchise sales. The company will provide leads; strong conversion and communication skills are required to close deals effectively.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Call and follow up on company-provided leads
• Explain franchise business opportunities clearly
• Convert leads into successful franchise sales
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally
• Maintain lead records and follow-up status
• Achieve sales targets and maximize incentives
• Coordinate with internal teams for closures

🛠 Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Strong telesales and conversion ability
• Objection handling and deal-closing skills
• Basic record keeping and follow-up management

• Experience: Telesales / sales experience preferred
• Language: Kannada, Hindi & English – Mandatory
