Telesales Executive

Experience: • Minimum 1 year of experience in Inside Sales / Tele Sales / Customer Relations

Key Responsibilities: • Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential clients. • Understand customer requirements and explain company services effectively. • Maintain a database of client information and follow up on leads. • Convert inquiries into confirmed sales through effective communication and persuasion. • Coordinate with the field sales team to ensure smooth client servicing. • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements: • Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada. • Presentable and confident personality. • Good-looking female candidates preferred. • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools. • Ability to work independently with a target-driven mindset.
