Salary - 26k fixed take home (No pf and Esi for 3 months)

Location - Silk board.

Working days - 6 days, 1 rotational week off.

Working hours - 9.30am-6.30pm.

Languages- English with any south regional languages.

Experience - Min 6 months experience in tele sales.

Role Overview

Function: Call customers who visited Client website but haven’t completed a purchase

Goal: Convert digital leads into buyers and encourage visits to Client Experience Center

Approach: Act as the voice and face of the company, providing product clarity and personalized support

📞 Responsibilities

Engage with digital leads via outbound calls

Understand customer hesitation and provide solutions

Promote in-person visits to the Experience Center

Maintain lead conversion records and feedback loops

🧠 Candidate Profile

Education: Graduates preferred (any stream); exceptional undergraduates may be considered

Experience: Minimum 1 year in customer interaction or sales

Skills: Strong communication, persuasion, and follow-up discipline
