Job Description
Job Title: Telecaller
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers from provided data.
- Explain company projects, offers, and services clearly.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Schedule site visits and follow-up calls.
- Maintain and update customer databases (CRM/Excel).
- Handle inbound inquiries professionally.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead targets.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Minimum: 12th Pass or Any Graduate.
- Experience: 0–2 years (Real estate telecalling experience preferred).
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
