Handle customer enquiries received through WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram, provide timely responses, share product information, and coordinate with the sales team to close leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer messages on WhatsApp Business, Facebook & Instagram
- Share catalogues, photos, videos, and basic price information
- Qualify enquiries and forward serious leads to sales/management
- Maintain enquiry records and daily follow-up status
- Ensure quick, polite, and professional communication
Skills Required
- Good written English (Kannada/Hindi preferred)
