• Lead Conversion: Engage with prospective students and parents to understand theireducation loan requirements and provide suitable solutions.

• Loan Advisory: Explain various education loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, andrepayment options.

• Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets through proactivecustomer engagement.

• Documentation Support: Guide applicants through the loan application process, ensuring allrequired documents are submitted correctly.Objection Handling: Handle objections and convince Customers to close the Sales positively.

• Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with leads to ensure timely loan processing and approvals.

• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and update customer databases by updatingall required information in CRM, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.• Compliance & Process Adherence: Ensure all interactions comply with company policies,banking regulations, and data privacy norms
