Job Description – Customer Relationship Manager (Banking & Finance)

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Customer Relationship Manager to handle sales and customer relationships for banking and financial products.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Daily calling to generate leads and follow up with customers
• Handle and manage customers for banking and financial products
• Sell products such as Personal Loans, Business Loans, LAP (Loan Against Property), Overdraft Facility
• Explain product features clearly to customers
• Follow up with customers and close sales
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Maintain proper documentation and customer records
• Build long-term relationships with clients

Requirements:

• Fresher or experienced candidates can apply
• Basic communication skills in English and local language
• Sales mindset and willingness to learn
• Ability to work with targets
• Basic knowledge of banking/finance products is an advantage
