About the Role:

We are hiring passionate and target-driven telecallers with prior real estate sales experience who can effectively connect with potential clients and drive property sales through calls.

If you have experience in real estate telesales and enjoy converting leads into successful deals, this role offers a great platform to earn high incentives along with a stable salary.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Make outbound calls to potential customers for real estate projects/properties

·        Explain project details, pricing, and offers to clients

·        Generate and qualify leads for site visits and sales team follow-ups

·        Build strong customer relationships and maintain regular follow-ups

·        Handle customer queries and objections confidently

·        Maintain accurate records of leads and conversations

·        Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

Eligibility Criteria:

·        Minimum 6 months/1 year experience in real estate telesales (mandatory)

·        Strong communication skills in English (mandatory)

·        Excellent convincing and negotiation skills

·        Target-oriented and self-motivated

·        Basic computer knowledge (CRM/data entry) Minimum 6 months/1 year experience in telesales / telecalling / telemarketing

Salary & Incentives:

·        Fixed Salary: 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 per annum
