Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to customers who have applied for or enquired about home loan facilities.
• Explain loan products, interest rates, and eligibility criteria to potential customers.
• Understand customers' needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
• Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy pipeline of potential clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Achieve monthly targets for lead conversion and loan closures.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge.

Requirements:

• A graduate degree in any discipline.
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software (desirable).
• Prior experience in telesales or customer service (preferred, but not mandatory).
