Job Description – Telesales Officer (Housing Loan Sales)

About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented telecallers who have prior experience in financial telesales and can confidently pitch housing loan.

If you have experience in loans, insurance, or mortgage sales, and love achieving targets, this is a great opportunity to grow and earn high incentives along with a fixed salary.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Make outbound calls to potential customers for housing loan sales

·        Explain product features, interest rates, and eligibility clearly

·        Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options

·        Generate leads and convert them into successful sales

·        Handle customer queries and objections effectively

·        Maintain and update customer records in the system

Eligibility Criteria:

·        Minimum 1 to 3 years’ experience in finance telesales (Loans / Insurance / Mortgage / Banking products) (Mandatory)

·        Strong communication skills in English (mandatory)

·        Good convincing and negotiation abilities

·        Target-driven mindset with a passion for sales

·        Basic computer knowledge (CRM/data entry)

Salary & Incentives:

·        Fixed Salary: 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 per annum
