Job Title: Telecalling & Telesales Executive

Location: Jonson Market

Salary: ₹20,000 CTC (₹18,500 in hand) + Attractive Performance-Based Incentives

Incentives: Minimum ₹25,000 per month, uncapped—up to ₹1,00,000 possible

0–2 years (Telecalling/Telesales preferred)

Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote company personal loan products/services.

Clearly explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers.

Generate leads, follow up consistently, and convert inquiries into successful sales

Maintain and update customer data, call logs, and follow-up records in CRM.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.

Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.

Ensure excellent customer experience and satisfaction during interactions.

Skills Required:

Strong communication and convincing skills

Confident phone presence with ability to handle objections

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools

Target-driven mindset with a positive attitude

Preferred Languages: Hindi, Marathi, English

Education:

Minimum 12th Pass

Graduates preferred

Additional Preference:

Male candidates preferred
