Job Title: Tele Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive to generate sales through outbound and inbound calls. The candidate will be responsible for explaining products, following up with customers, closing sales, and maintaining customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers

* Handle inbound customer inquiries and convert them into sales

* Explain product features, pricing, and offers clearly to customers

* Follow up on leads shared by the sales/marketing team

* Maintain daily call records, customer data, and sales reports

* Coordinate with the operations and accounts team for order processing

Requirements & Skills

* Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate

* Proven experience in tele sales or inside sales (freshers can also apply)

* Good communication skills in English and local language

* Strong convincing and negotiation skills

Salary & Incentives

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives

Work Location & Timings

* Location: Wilson garden Bangalore

* Working Hours: 10AM to 6.30PM Mon to fri

* Sat - 10Am to 2.30PM

1) Is Kannada Local language mandatory?

Should be fluent in local language Kannada, manageable English works

If the target is achieved, then candidates get 2-3% incentive based on invoice
