Outbound Calling/Outreach: Conduct outbound calls to potential leads, introducing them to our Platform and promoting the platform’s features, offers/benefits. Engage leads properly, handle objections, and convert them into interested users who are ready to register on the platform and guide them step by step for account registration.

Revenue Generation: Assist these newly registered users in making their first deposits in providing guidance on deposit methods, bonuses, and available offers and make them start playing.

Encouraging Greater Deposits: Maintain regular contact & push for greater deposit amounts by promoting current offers, bonus offers, that may encourage these users to increase their deposit after initial deposits.

Customer Follow-up: Reconnect with users who are not active on the platform. Pitch in current Offers, and information about new events or features to bring them active again.

Customer Retention: Build Rapport and Trust. Must address any concerns or issues the user is facing and provide resolution.

Skills:

·       Strong communication skills in both Hindi and English. Must be able to convert leads to paying users.

·      A target-driven attitude with the ability to meet sales targets for initial deposits & higher deposit amounts. Ability to handle rejections and turn them into conversions.

·      Strong analytical skills with the ability to get user feedback and provide actionable insights.

·      Must have logical thinking and should analyze/understand customer queries.
