Job Title: Tele Sales Executive – Algo Trading Software
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Tele Sales Executive to join our specialized software sales team. This role focuses exclusively on selling our cutting-edge algorithmic (Algo) trading software to prospective clients within the Indian Stock Market. You will utilize pre-qualified, high-intent leads provided by the Robotech company, acting as a technical consultant and sales expert to drive conversions and foster client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Conversion: Proactively contact potential customers from verified leads provided by the Robotech company to demonstrate and sell our Algo trading software solutions.
- Domain Expertise: Effectively communicate the benefits, features, and regulatory compliance of our Algo trading platform within the context of the Indian Stock Market (e.g., SEBI regulations, exchange connectivity).
- Consultative Selling: Conduct thorough needs assessments for traders and investors, providing tailored software recommendations and technical support during the sales process.
- Sales Pitching & Demos: Deliver compelling virtual sales pitches, software demonstrations, and overcome objections related to trading technology and market volatility.
- CRM Management: Maintain meticulous and up-to-date records of all client interactions, sales pipelines, and outcomes within our CRM system.
- Market Feedback: Collect and relay relevant market feedback regarding competitor software and user needs to the product development team.
Minimum Targets & Performance Indicators (KRA/KPI)
To ensure consistent company and individual growth, candidates are expected to meet the following minimum monthly targets:
- Call Volume: Minimum of 60 quality outbound calls and follow-ups per day.
- Lead Conversion Rate: Achieve a minimum conversion rate of 5–8% from assigned Robotech leads to successful software subscriptions/sales.
- Revenue Target: Meet a baseline monthly revenue target (specific amount based on product price points, to be disclosed during the interview).
- Domain Knowledge: Maintain high proficiency scores on internal assessments of our software capabilities and the Indian Stock Market structure.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in telesales or direct sales. Previous experience selling financial products, trading software, or working within the Indian financial markets is highly preferred.
- Domain Knowledge: A strong understanding of stock market operations, algorithmic trading principles, and the basic regulatory framework (SEBI) in India.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, active listening, and persuasive skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with CRM software and demonstrating complex software interfaces remotely.
- Communication: Fluent in English and relevant regional Indian languages.
