Telesales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Telecalling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients or existing customers, promoting products or services, addressing queries, and generating leads. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to work under targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients or customers to promote products or services.
• Follow up on inbound inquiries and provide timely information.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude while handling calls.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions in the CRM.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the management.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
• Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
• Proven experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Good time management and organizational skills.
