Job Description
Gandi Wing Telesales Executive
This position drives sales for the Gandi wing through targeted telesales, aiming for 80-120 calls daily in the same 10 AM - 7 PM schedule at Eternal Nest Properties.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct 80-120 daily calls to prospects, pitching Gandi products/services, handling inquiries, and booking meetings or demos.
Qualify leads, overcome objections, log all interactions in CRM, and ensure timely follow-ups for conversions.
Meet monthly sales value targets; provide daily reports on calls, connected leads, and performance to management.
Requirements
Strong tele sales experience; freshers get ₹14-15K base, experienced ₹17-18K.
Fluent in local languages, resilient under pressure, and team oriented.
Salary Structure
Fresher ₹14-15K
Experienced ₹17-18K
Incentives
₹50K → ₹2K
₹75K → ₹3K
₹1L+ → ₹5K
- Example: Experienced at ₹1L sales = ₹18K + ₹5K = ₹23K. No ESI/PF.
