Telesales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Cold Calling: Proactively make a high volume of outbound calls to potential clients, introducing them to our hair transplant services and converting leads into consultations.
• Client Engagement: Engage potential clients with persuasive and compelling communication, addressing their questions, concerns, and objections effectively.
• Follow-up: Consistently follow up with leads to nurture relationships and drive them toward making a decision.
• Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and performance metrics. Sales targets will be given and must be met consistently.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a related sales role, preferably in the healthcare or beauty industry.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive and confident phone presence.
