Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities:  Execute 150+ calls daily to engage prospects and drive meaningful sales conversations.  Maintain 3+ hours of productive talk time daily to ensure pipeline movement and follow-ups.  Achieve assigned monthly revenue targets through structured negotiation and closing techniques.  Enhance lead conversion rates through systematic follow-ups and reducing drop-offs. Candidate Requirements  Minimum 6 months in telesales, inside sales, or financial product sales.  Strong communication and negotiation skills in English & Hindi.  Proven ability to handle high call volumes and deliver measurable revenue results.  Fintech, banking, NBFC, wealth management, or insurance experience is a plus.
