Job Description
Role Overview We are seeking ambitious, target-driven Telesales Executives to drive customer acquisition, generate qualified leads, and convert inbound/outbound calls into successful sales. You will manage the entire telesales cycle – from calling prospects and explaining product benefits to closing sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities • Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on inbound leads. • Explain product benefits clearly to individuals, businesses, and fleet operators. • Achieve and exceed monthly telesales targets and KPIs. • Maintain strong customer relationships and provide post-sale support via phone. • Gather customer feedback, competitor insights, and market intelligence. • Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare daily/weekly call and conversion reports.
