Job Description
Role Overview :
The CRM Sales Executive will be responsible for driving store walk-ins and revenue through proactive outbound calling, customer follow-ups, appointment bookings, and coordination with store teams.
This role plays a critical part in converting leads into in-store visits and ensuring a smooth customer journey from call to conversion.
Key Responsibilities -
• Drive store walk-ins through proactive outbound customer calls
• Follow up with leads and customers to book appointments and encourage store visits
• Share accurate product information and quotations with customers
• Handle first-level customer escalations and coordinate with store teams for resolution
• Work closely with store staff to ensure smooth handover of leads and appointments
• Maintain precise and updated customer records in CRM systems
• Ensure CRM hygiene, data accuracy and timely updates
• Consistently achieve daily call volume, talk-time and conversion targets
• Support revenue enhancement by improving customer pitch and engagement quality
Requirements -
• Graduate / Undergraduate with 1–3+ years of experience in tele-sales, inside sales or customer calling roles
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Comfortable with outbound calling and target-driven environment
• Basic understanding of CRM systems and lead management
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders (stores, supervisors, team leaders)
• Problem-solving mindset with customer-first approach
• Preference for candidates fluent in Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam (as applicable)
