Telesales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, generating leads, and promoting real estate projects over calls. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a strong ability to close sales.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided databases
• Explain real estate projects, features, pricing, and offers to customers
• Generate and qualify leads for site visits and sales team follow-ups
• Maintain a database of customer interactions and update CRM regularly
• Follow up with interested clients to convert leads into bookings
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and closures

• Requirements:Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or real estate sales preferred
• Strong verbal communication and convincing skills
• Basic knowledge of real estate industry is an advantage
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
• Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
