Franchise Sales Executive (Telecalling)
Coffee n Recharge
We are hiring results-driven telecallers to sell coffee shop franchise opportunities.
Languages Required: Tamil, English, Kannada
Role
- Call and convert franchise leads (inbound & outbound)
- Explain business model, investment, and returns
- Qualify serious investors and push toward closure
- Handle objections and follow up consistently
Requirements
- Strong sales mindset (not just communication)
- Fluent in Tamil, English, Kannada
- Experience in telesales / real estate / franchise sales preferred
