Job Description
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information through calls, chats, or emails.
Maintain a positive attitude and deliver excellent customer service at all times.
Communicate fluently in English and at least one regional language (except Telugu).
Provide accurate information and support in English and at least one regional language Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam(preferred).
Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate cases when necessary.
Maintain records of customer interactions and ensure customer satisfaction.
Minimum qualification: 12th pass; good communication and problem-solving skills.
