Job Description
- Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and convince them for Personal Loans (Salaried Segment)
- Clearly explain product features, eligibility, documentation, interest rates & repayment terms
- Follow up with leads for timely conversion & loan disbursement
- Stay updated on policies, product features & market trends
- Coordinate with sales teams, dealer partners & backend operations for lead closures
- Achieve daily, weekly & monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records in CRM tools & databases
- Handle customer queries, objections & escalations with professionalism
💼 What We’re Looking For
✔️ Minimum 1 year telesales experience in the personal loan domain
✔️ Strong communication & persuasive skills in any 3 languages: English, Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Hindi
✔️ Good customer orientation & problem-solving skills
✔️ Knowledge of CRM tools & MS Office
✔️ Graduate in any discipline
