Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to promote and sell the company’s eco-friendly product range.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Achieve and exceed high sales targets consistently.
- Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into customers.
- Present product benefits clearly, emphasizing sustainability and eco-friendly value.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with campaigns.
- Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to management.
Requirements
- Proven background in high-target sales environments.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Experience in telesales or customer acquisition (inbound & outbound).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient under pressure.
- Passion for eco-friendly and sustainable products is a plus.
