Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to promote and sell the company’s eco-friendly product range.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
  • Achieve and exceed high sales targets consistently.
  • Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into customers.
  • Present product benefits clearly, emphasizing sustainability and eco-friendly value.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with campaigns.
  • Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to management.

Requirements

  • Proven background in high-target sales environments.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Experience in telesales or customer acquisition (inbound & outbound).
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient under pressure.
  • Passion for eco-friendly and sustainable products is a plus.
