Telesales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telesales Executive to generate sales through outbound and inbound calls. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and handle inbound sales calls

Present and promote products or services to customers

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions

Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales

Handle customer objections and close sales effectively

Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and support

Qualifications

High school graduate or higher

Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service preferred

Freshers with good communication skills may apply

Excellent verbal communication and listening skills

Strong convincing and negotiation abilities

Goal-oriented and self-motivated

Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Office, etc.)

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
