Telesales Executive

Job description

We are seeking a driven and focused Telesales Representative to join our team! Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in telesales and be confident when speaking to customers. The focus of the role is to call customers, advise of the availability of products and services available for purchase and entice customers to buy the product or service.

• Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct product presentations and explain the features, benefits, and terms of credit card offerings.
• Assess the financial needs and eligibility of customers to recommend suitable credit card products.
• Process credit card applications, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs as set by the bank.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of credit card products and industry trends.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with cardholder concerns.
• Collaborate with team members and sales managers to strategize and implement effective sales campaigns.
• Stay compliant with all relevant regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 p/m (plus incentives upto 3k)

Education:

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

• total work: 6 months or min 1 year (Preferred)
