Reports to: Sales Manager.

Overview:

We are looking a motivated and results-oriented Inside Sales Executive. The preferred candidate should possess outstanding communication skills, a thorough comprehension of client needs, and a proven success record in sales. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for transforming leads into clients, supporting service sales, and enhancing the overall sales growth of the organization.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead Utilization: Utilize various sources, and lead databases, to identify and generate sales.

2. Engagement: Engage with leads to understand their requirements, qualify their level of interest, and determine their potential as customers.

3. Consultative Selling: Communicate the features, benefits, and value propositions of our products or services to potential customers, addressing their points and demonstrating how our offerings can meet their needs.

4.Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with leads and prospects through ongoing communication, nurturing, and follow-ups.

5.Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and provide accurate forecasts to the sales manager, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities.
