Telesales Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic fresher candidates to join our inside sales team in the health and wellness sector. This role involves connecting with potential customers, understanding their needs, and offering personalized wellness solutions through calls and emails.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive B2C inside sales through outbound and inbound calls using company-provided leads
• Engage with potential customers and explain health and wellness products/services
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
• Close sales and consistently achieve weekly and monthly targets
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information
• Maintain high energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism during interactions

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in sales, health, and wellness industry
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented attitude
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

Additional Details

• Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month + incentives
• Language: Hindi mandatory
• Work Schedule: 6 days a week
• Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
• Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
