Telesales Executive

About the Role:Harivallabhi Jewellers is seeking a polite, confident, and customer-oriented Telecalling Executive to handle inbound/outbound customer calls, generate sales leads, and maintain strong customer relations.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to share store offers, collections & new arrivals
• Maintain customer database and follow-up records
• Handle customer queries regarding jewellery products, pricing, and store details
• Generate leads and invite customers to visit the showroom
• Assist in appointment booking and follow-ups
• Promote festive collections, schemes, and store events
• Work closely with showroom team to enhance walk-ins and conversions
• Requirements:Good communication skills (Hindi essential, Kannada fluent, basic English preferred)
• Relationship-building and convincing ability
• Basic knowledge of jewellery, gold/silver ornaments (preferred but not mandatory)
• Comfortable with outbound calling & lead follow-ups
• Positive attitude, polite tone & disciplined work approach
