Telesales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling personal loan products over the phone, understanding customer needs, and providing suitable financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities:  

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote personal loan products.

Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate loan options.

Handle customer inquiries and provide clear information about loan features, interest rates, repayment options, and eligibility criteria.

Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on promotional campaigns.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress.

Build and nurture long-term customer relationships.

Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into sales.
