Telesales Executive

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company services.

Work on different types of loans (personal loans, business loans, etc.) and pitch loan products to customers.

Handle inbound calls and resolve queries regarding loan offerings.

Convince and guide employees/customers about loan benefits and eligibility.

Maintain call records and update customer details in the system.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales and conversion targets. 

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations.
