Telesales Executive

Working Schedule

• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Weekly Off: Sunday (fixed)

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Minimum 12th pass (result in hand mandatory)
• Experience: Minimum 6 months of Tele Sales experience
• Languages: Fluency in English and Kannada is required
• Gender: Open to Male & Female candidates
• Age Limit: 18 to 34 years

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and explain Frankfinn’s career-oriented courses.
• Understand students’ interests and motivate them to attend free career counselling sessions at Frankfinn institutes.
• Perform regular follow-ups to track student visits and ensure maximum participation.
• Communicate clearly and confidently in English and Kannada to engage diverse student profiles.
• Maintain accurate call records and update student details in the system.
• Build strong rapport with students to create trust and deliver a positive counselling experience.
• Achieve daily and weekly calling targets while maintaining professionalism and empathy.

Salary Structure (Based on Experience & Last Drawn Salary)

• 6–17 months experience: ₹21,000 per month
• 18–24 months experience: ₹23,000 per month
• 24+ months experience: ₹25,000 per month
