Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Telesales Executive to contribute to generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining the benefits of financial products, and generating qualified leads for the bank. An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator with superior people skills and must be comfortable presenting products and services over the phone. The primary goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contact potential customers to introduce and explain the benefits of HDFC credit cards.
* Clearly communicate the features, advantages, and terms and conditions of different credit card options.
* Assess customer eligibility and interest based on a predefined set of criteria.
* For customers who agree and are eligible, share the official Video KYC (VKYC) link to complete their application.
* Guide potential customers on the initial steps of the VKYC process to ensure a smooth experience.
* Successfully generate qualified leads for the bank by identifying interested and eligible individuals.
* Answer questions about the credit card products and the application process.
* Enter and update customer information accurately in the database.
* Meet and exceed daily and monthly targets for lead generation.
* Keep detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and sales leads.
Candidate Requirements:
* Education:** 12th Pass
* Experience:** 0 - 6 months in a telesales or similar sales/customer service role.
* Age:** 18 - 35 years
*Gender: Female
* Languages:Basic English, Kannada, Telugu
* Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role is a plus.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to learn about financial products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
* Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
* Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
