• Manage outbound calls to creative talent across India.
• Educate artists about the platform and onboard them successfully.
• Drive onboarding goals while managing the end-to-end engagement cycle.
• Identify potential talent opportunities and expand the platform’s creator network.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets while supporting team objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• Good command of basic English communication.
• Fluency in Hindi, Kannada, or any other regional language is an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong client engagement and persuasion abilities.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a hustler attitude — ready to thrive in a performance-driven role.
