Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Tele Sales Executive to promote and sell farmland real estate projects through outbound and inbound calls. The role involves generating qualified leads, explaining farmland investment opportunities, and scheduling site visits for the field sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Make outbound calls to prospective customers from company-provided leads

·        Explain farmland project details, pricing, location advantages, and investment benefits

·        Handle inbound enquiries and follow up with potential customers

·        Qualify leads and schedule site visits or meetings with the sales team

·        Maintain accurate customer data and follow-ups in CRM

·        Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets

·        Coordinate with field sales and marketing teams for lead conversions

·        Address customer queries and objections professionally

Required Skills & Qualifications:

·        Minimum qualification: 12th / Diploma / Graduate

·        0–3 years of experience in tele sales (Real Estate preferred)

·        Strong communication and negotiation skills

·        Proficiency in local language(s) and basic English

·        Good convincing and interpersonal skills

·        Ability to work with targets and deadlines

·        Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office is an advantage
