Telesales Executive

We are looking for a proactive professional to manage partner engagement, customer feedback collection, and support sales initiatives. The role involves interacting with ATM partners and customers to ensure a smooth experience, gather insights, and promote additional financial products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct welcome calls for newly on-boarded ATM partners and exit calls for partners leaving the network.
• Provide partners with an overview of product features, service guidelines, and partnership expectations.
• Collect feedback from partners to identify service gaps and improvement areas.
• Call loyalty-registered customers to gather feedback on ATM usage and service experience.
• Record and report customer concerns and escalate issues to the relevant team when required.
• Analyze reasons for low ATM usage or footfall and share insights with the internal team.
• Introduce and promote third-party products such as General Insurance (GI) and Life Insurance (LI) to partners.
• Clearly explain product benefits and encourage adoption to support sales growth.
