Telesales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Telesales Executive to promote and sell telecom products and services such as mobile plans, broadband connections, data packages, and value-added services over the phone. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to convert leads into customers.

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote telecom products and services.

Explain product features, pricing plans, offers, and benefits clearly.

Generate and qualify leads through cold calling.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.

Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure of sales.

Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions.

Cross-sell and up-sell telecom products (e.g., broadband, postpaid plans, add-on services).

Ensure compliance with company policies and telecom regulations.
