Telesales Executive (Vertical Transportation)

Job Objective: To serve as the primary point of contact for lead generation and outreach, responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective students for BSVT’s specialized Diploma and Certificate programs. The core objective is to convert cold and warm leads into qualified counselling appointments, maintaining a high-volume outbound calling standard to meet monthly enrolment targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Perform high-volume outbound calling (minimum 80 calls/day) to engineering, diploma, and ITI candidates.
• Qualification: Screen prospects based on academic eligibility (BE, Polytechnic, ITI, or PUC) as per BSVT standards.
• Pipeline Management: Efficiently manage and update the CRM with lead status, follow-up dates, and detailed remarks.
• Target Achievement: Meet a monthly individual target of 100 qualified leads to feed the counseling pipeline.
• Brand Advocacy: Clearly communicate the unique value proposition of BSVT (India’s only VT school with VTU/Skill India affiliation).

Candidate Profile:

• Education: Any Graduate (Technical background preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience: 1–2 years in outbound sales, tele calling, or education counseling.
• Skills: Exceptional verbal communication in English and [Local Language], resilience, and basic CRM/Excel proficiency.
