• 📞 Make outbound calls to potential customers and promote various loan products.
• 💬 Explain loan features, eligibility, and documentation requirements clearly.
• 🤝 Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our services.
• 🧾 Collect necessary data and follow up with leads to ensure conversions.
• 🎯 Meet or exceed daily/weekly sales targets.
• 💻 Maintain call records, customer databases, and follow-up schedules.
• 🧠 Coordinate with the backend team for application processing and approvals.
• ✅ Requirements:
• 💬 Good communication and persuasion skills (Kannada, Hindi, or English).
• 📈 Minimum 6 months of telesales/telecalling experience preferred.
• 💪 Confident, goal-driven, and customer-oriented personality.
• 💻 Basic computer and CRM knowledge is an added advantage.
