Job Description
Here is a summary of the core requirements:
1. Experience: Minimum 6+ months of sales experience with mandatory calling/outbound sales.
2. Language: Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.
3. Work Environment: Must be comfortable working in a target-driven, Work-from-Office setup at HSR Layout, Bangalore.
4. Shift Timings: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM (midnight).
5. Work Days: 6 working days, with a fixed week off between Monday and Friday. Saturday and Sunday are mandatory working days.
6. Compensation: Fixed Salary range of 4–6 LPA + Incentives up to 12 LPA.
Free lunch and dinner provided. No Transport.
