Job Description: Telesales Specialist (Home Furnishing)

We are looking for a high-energy, persuasive Telesales Specialist to drive our sales operations from the office. This is a high-stakes role requiring a "closer" mindset. You will be the bridge between initial interest and a finalized deal, managing the entire sales funnel from lead qualification to final payment.

As a key member of our team, you will handle the crucial step of coordinating with field executives to turn measurements into signed contracts.


Key Responsibilities

Lead Management: Proactively call leads to understand their home furnishing needs and fix appointments/site visits.

Strategic Coordination: Work closely with Field Executives to receive site measurements and immediately prepare accurate quotations.

Negotiation & Closing: Contact customers post-measurement to discuss pricing, handle objections, and use your negotiation skills to close deals.

Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed a monthly sales target of ₹15 Lakhs.

Documentation: Maintain meticulous "Closure Files" and ensure all quotations, invoices, and customer records are updated daily.

Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the production and field teams to ensure the promised delivery timelines are met.


Requirements & Qualifications

Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in Kannada, Hindi, and English.

Closing Expertise: Proven track record in high-value sales and the ability to handle tough negotiations over the phone.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel or CRM software to keep records and quotations up to date.

Resilience: Ability to work under pressure and stay focused on targets in a fast-paced environment.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to represent the brand professionally.


Work Schedule & Compensation

Office Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

Salary: Competitive base salary based on experience.

Incentives: High-performance incentives on top of salary based on target achievement (₹15L+).
